They removed the previous owner’s disability tub—a big, awkward fixture—and the transformation is so seamless you’d never know it was ever there. When a light fixture turned out to be faulty (something not even included in the original contract), they came back promptly and replaced it without hesitation. I also let them know at one point that the project was slightly outside my budget, and they were willing to adjust the scope of work to make it affordable without sacrificing quality.
